selling jewelry
DH bought me a a white gold and sapphire necklace from Macy's a couple of years ago and a Movado watch about 10 years ago that I never really liked. With expenses being tighter I was looking to cash them in . Can anyone recommend a place they have dealt with that is reasonable in the southwest Nassau County area?

Re: selling jewelry
Can't recommend a place because I am not from that area but I just wanted to say that I've never found a place who wanted a Movado watch. They say its worth nothing to them.
Good luck!

Re: selling jewelry
I would try to see what the metal value is vs. the sale value of the item itself, if the metal value is more that might be the way to go. You could ask for the stones as they might not have as much value and use them for something else later on.
