Low Iodine Diet
Has anyone been on a low iodine diet? I'm entering the next phase after being diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and need to be on this strict diet for the next few weeks. I'd like to plan a few meals so I'm not tempted. Looking for any recipes or ideas....or advice on how to get through it all! Thanks much!

I second that site! I religiously used the low-iodine cookbook when i was diagnosed in 2008.

I second that site! I religiously used the low-iodine cookbook when i was diagnosed in 2008.
