Healthy Breakfast Smoothies...
Not sure where to put this so...
I just got the Nutri Bullet (which works amazing)!! BUT I have never juiced before...I made a smoothie this morning but I feel like I will gain weight bc it seems like all sugar. I put a banana, an apple, a handful of grapes and blueberries, almonds, a splash of coconut milk and water...its delish but what are some healthy ones?

You used a lot of fruits that are high in sugar, but that's still generally more healthy than, for example, a bagel with cream cheese. I usually add low-fat vanilla yogurt in to thicken up the smoothie and add some calcium in as well. Also, I use frozen fruits and ice cubes.

Fruit and plain or vanilla fat free Greek yogurt. That way you get the protein without the fat.

Handful of spinach or kale, pineapple, one stalk of celery and a handful of parsley or cilantro (for cleansing). Add some chia seeds when done blending.
