***weekly menu 12/16***
Sat: ST spinach-lasagna-rolls, ST italian-meatballs & ST easy-rosemary-garlic-parmesan-biscuits
Sun: MaybeBaby's Slow Cooker Ribs , Cole Slaw, & ST garlic-cheddar-biscuits (clearly we are obsessed with these biscuits 
Mon: currently looking for a crockpot chicken recipe {{suggestions welcome, we bought boneless, skinless thighs}}}
Tues: Soup & Grilled Cheese. I think I'm going to go with Wolfgang Puck's Tomato Bisque
Wed: Taco night with all the fixins
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza/leftovers

Mon: Rosemary chicken breasts with apple cider pan jus, stuffing and French beans
Tues: Out
Weds: Crockpot chicken and corn chowder, biscuits
Thurs: Pierogies with sauteed onions and salad
Fri: Holiday party
Sat: Leftovers

***weekly menu 12/16***
Sunday - split pea soup with flanken, with garlic croutons
Monday - I think I'm going to make a casserole type thing using mashed butternut and kabocha squash, layered with spinach and vegetarian sausage, with bread crumbs on top
Tuesday - fusilli tossed with balsamic roasted grape tomatoes, zucchini, onions, red peppers, and garlic, topped with a bunch of parm (him) and fresh mozzarella (me)
Wednesday - I'm out to dinner with a friend, hubbie will probably get take out
Thursday - probably squash leftovers
Friday - out
Saturday - we are going to stay with my inlaws for the week

better late than never...
Saturday: Soyboy ravioli ( raviolis stuffed with tofu and veggies) sauteed mushrooms
Sunday: Baked salmon with a soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar glaze topped with sesame seeds, boiled corn, roasted zucchini ME: roasted chickpeas, salad
Monday: veggie crumble, pepper and mushroom stir fry over brown rice
Tuesday: baked peppers stuffed with quinoa, cod ( not sure how I will make it yet)
Wednesday: Stir fried tofu with soba noodles and a asian veggie mix.
Thursday: take out for DH, I work later
Friday: Out to eat
