Lots of Hammy Questions
Ok, decided I will do ham for the family on Xmas day. Anyone have a good recipe for a spiral ham or the other kind??? I have a recipe for a jalepeno pomagrante ham and a spiral ham recipe with pear and peach nectar.. Never made either, so open to other options....Also, not sure which is a better ham....spiral or "smoked butt"...any insight?
Next question....what the heck do i make with ham?? I was thinking a white portebello lasgnana and salad, but I like veggies...what does with ham??
Thanks!

Re: Lots of Hammy Questions
Haven't tried it yet, but I'm making Orange Baked Ham this year. Last year I did Honey Glazed Ham which was tasty.
I'm serving it with green beans, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots, sweet potato casserole, and fresh challah bread.
