***weekly menu 1/20***
Sunday: ST Baked Chicken Parm, Spaghetti (squash for me), Texas toast, & salad
Mon: Crock Pot Beef Stew (Looking for a good recipe. Please share if you have one) with crusty bread
Tues: Soda can Chicken Thighs (Gingerale & Worcestershire) with Brown Rice Pilaf tossed with peas & mushrooms
Wed: crispy-potatoes-with-chorizo-lemon-and-garlic, fried eggs and served with black beans and avocado (thanks Carolyn & Jess)
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza for the boys, I'm out for a girls night

Sunday: Sister's house for my big brother's bday.
Monday: Garlicky-Mustard pork tenderloin (didn't make yesterday!), roasted potatoes, Broccoli w/lemon, applesauce
Tuesday: Marinated lemon garlic chicken kebabs w/pita & tzaziki, Rice Pilaf, Greek salad
Wednesday: Vegetarian Chili, yellow rice, cornbread
Thursday: Baked Ziti, garlic bread, House salad
Friday: Seared Salmon, Sauteed spinach with garlic & lemon, Quinoa
Saturday: Chicken Milanese, Roasted Brussels sprouts, Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Sun: Grilled cheese with smoked cheddar, brown sugar bacon and side salads with lemon dijon dressing and cups of tomator orzo soup
Mon: Penne alla vodka with marinated grilled chicken, side salads with creamy parmesan peppercorn dressing
Tues: Out/Leftovers
Weds: BBQ pulled pork, 4 cheese baked macaroni, jalapeno cornbread and braised mustard greens
Thurs: Whiskey glazed sliders with caramlized onions and gruyere, roasted potatoes and balsamic roasted broccoli
Fri: Leftovers
Sat: Out with the girls

Sat - chili with cornbread muffins
Sun - tacos, yellow rice & guacamole
Mon - BBQ chicken drumsticks, homemade buttermilk biscuits, roasted brussels
Tues - BFD - belgian waffles with homemade whipped cream, bacon & sweet potato/brussel hash
Wed - pizza night. pepperoni, spinach & mushroom with side salad
Thurs - spaghetti with sundried tomatoes and spinach, garlic bread
Fri - appetizer night! various meat, brie, toasty baguette

Monday: Going out for dinner I am hoping Vincent's Clam Bar! Yum
Tuesday: Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Wednesday: Meatless Night! Tacos with Morningstar Farms Beef Crumbles (DC will never know the difference)
Thursday: Salisbury Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli
Friday: Pizza Night
Saturday: Sushi Night

Sunday: Had a late lunch with friends...weren't hungry for dinner (this always happens to us!)
Monday: BIL is coming over with some kind of portabello mushroom dish he made
Tuesday: Spinach, garlic, cherry tomato and ricotta pasta
Wednesday: Seeing Soundgarden...slice of pizza, I guess?
Thursday: Veggie burgers and fries
Friday: Black bean soup and quesedillas
Saturday: Out for a friend's birthday

Yes, but I am cooking for a husband and kids so I need to be prepared, it's a bit different. We buy frozen and packaged stuff in bulk at BJs and once I've made my menu for the week, I go to the grocery store for produce. It's not hard at all.

We actually planned 3 meals this week:
Sunday-blackened Salmon Panzanella Salad
Monday-Flank Steak with chimichurri, sweet potato wedges and kale
Tuesday-Soba noodle salad with beef and veggies(use leftover steak)
We are also planning on making ground turkey lettuce wraps and some grilled chicken
