is your dog scared of the rain??
My chihuahua is a princess and wont walk in the rain.....she doesn't even want to leave the front of the house...

Only one of them. I don't think he's scared, just fundamentally opposed to walking in the rain.  We live in a 2 family house so our main floor is the second floor (the 1st is a glorified basement) so when it's really bad out he won't even come down the stairs. He just stands at the top and stares at me like I'm the fool. But this morning he was fine since it was just drizzling when we went out.

Dolce, my Shih Tzu HATES going outside in the rain ... I don't know if he's scared or just too much of a spoiled brat though !!!

Oz will go out in regular rain but if it gets really windy with heavy rain he goes outside and gets this look on his face - he turns to me, cowers and tries to get the ground to swallow him. I swear he's looking at me like "what the hell did I do to deserve this?"

Not Linus, he loves the rain! He goes out in the middle of the night and then I have to lock him out of the bedroom because he is soaking wet!!! Crazy dog!!!

Sam could care less what the weather is...
Lilah isn't scared of the rain...but hates it - you'd think we torture her by taking her out in it...she walks with her head down and on her tip toes.

My Boston Terrier, Molly, will not even look at you if you call her name until the rain goes away, even in her rain coat. She'll hold it FOREVER if you let her.

My mini schnauzer HATES the rain. If it is really bad he refuses to go for a walk and if we open the back door he won't go anywhere near it. Our airedale on the other hand was crying when we wouldn't let him out in the hurricane, he figured out what time the sprinklers went off in the morning over the summer and would always ask to go out right before they turned on. He LOVES it!

My 70lb lab does this. The second the wind picks up she shoots back to the house .. with me in tow. My little dog doesn't mind anything.

My 75 pounder hates rain. Will look at me like I'm crazy if I expect him to go out. I literally shove him out in the rain, he will pee never poos when its raining and is back in the house under 2 mins.
