are there nanny's or babysitters who do this?
If I need daycare at all it would be only form 11am till 3pm, any idea if this is something that is even possible?

you would have to search for a sitter, or in home daycare to see if they will work with your schedule. i was in the same position and every day care place i called up wanted a set number of days even just for part time. so it would be like, mon/wed/fri full days or tues/thurs full days (which I did not need). Good luck!

I have looked on care.com - haven't actually taken the step to "hire" anyone yet but it has their profile and you can get a background check on them

That is a great time for SAHM's...If I lived closer, it would be perfect!!! Try putting up a notice at the local libraries or as friends..

Ditto.... Def would work with my sahm schedule but you are too far  I've gotten all my sitting jobs off of craigslist so you could try there.

My friend lives in seaford & is a SAHM she is always looking for kids to watch. If interested, let me know. She has a son that is 3 I believe & the other kids are in school.

I actually just hired someone off of care.com. I posted an ad with my needs, I interviewed a few people. I then checked references. I looked sitter city also but got a better response from care.com. It does cost money, I think $35 a month. FM if you have any questions

I don't even know what I need yet....this is all hypothetical, if I get my way I won't need it at all, but if I do have to go back to work full time then I would need it M-F starting in August or September....
