Food for 10 people
We are having 10 people over after DD's communion ( her party is in June). The package we are looking at is 3 1/2 trays of food and 1/2 tray of salad and garlic knots. Will this be enough?
Just to clarify 1/2 trays (3 of them  ) plus salad

for ten people that sounds like too much to me. I always over order, but I think two trays for ten people would be fine.

Sounds good to me. I'd rather have too much than not enough, and 3 trays gives you a bit of variety.

You should be fine.
If you have leftovers, just send each family home with a care package so they don't have to cook one night.
This is what we always do with our families.
