Caremark and alimentum?

I have caremark for prescription coverage and I was wondering if anyone was able to get alimentum formula covered through them? If so, please tell me how. My son has acid reflux and colic and this is the third formula we are trying. Ive heard good things about it, so im researching in adv to possibly get it covered.

You'd have to call them. Dh has the empire plan and it covers dd's nutramigen.

You have to call the ins co. Every plan is different. The employer determines what is included and excluded in the plans so even if its covered with someone elses ins plan it might not be with yours.
