Sunday: Out to Park Place
Monday: Not sure yet
Tuesday: Mini ground beef calzones
Wednesday: Asian salad w/ grilled chicken
Thursday: Grilled flounder w/ a side of grilled asparagus

Sun: Homemade buttermilk biscuits with assorted fixings, sausage gravy, ham, honey, cheddar and fried chicken with corn and mustard greens (dad is from Kentucky LOL)
Mon: Oven baked tacos, Spanish rice and black beans
Tues: Out
Weds: Citrus tilapia, roasted broccoli, quinoa salad
Thurs: Firecracker chicken, roasted potatoes, sriracha green beans
Fri: Out

Sun - BBQ tofu sandwiches, BBQ'd pineapple, sugar snap peas on the grill with sesame seeds
Mon - leftover tofu...will grill up veggies to have on the side
Tue - grilled Smart Dogs, macaroni and potato salad
Wed - seeing Cinderella on Broadway...the olives in my martini = dinner?
Thu - grilled, marinated portabellos, assorted grilled vegetables and potatoes
Fri - either ordering Chinese or more grilling..
Sat - seeing Mudhoney that night....slice of pizza as a landing pad for beer?

Sat: Spaghetti with Meatsauce and salad
Sun: BBQ T-Bones, Baked Potato, Roasted Cauliflower & Corn on the cob
Mon: Chicken (have to figure out what recipe I want to make) with brown rice pilaf & peas & salald
T-ball Tues: Chicken Nuggets, Mac n Cheese & sliced cucumbers
Wed: BBQ Spiral Sausage over Tri-color Rotini Primavera
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza/take out

Sat: Chinese
Sun: Three cheese blend tortilleni
Mon: We are going out with our friends
Tues: Cilantro, lime, garlic and lemon marinated chicken on a stick with guac, and pico de gallo and rice
Wed: Not sure - either steak of pork
Thurs: Baked chicken cutlets, string beans and stuffing
Fri: Baked chicken pieces with carrots, rice and corn on the cob

Wednesday: ST Chicken, carrot and snap pea stir fry over brown rice
Thursday: ST Spinach Feta Pie, Green Salad, nuggets for the kids
Friday: ??
Saturday: Bday party (catering from Ben's Deli)

Sun - Gouda, water crackers, and wine
Mon - ST Zucchini pie and tomato salad
Tues - Giada's Pizzaiola meatballs, marinara for dipping, and a salad
Weds - Broiled Salmon quinoa salad with tomato and avocado
Thurs - Pasta salad with cucumber, tomato, black bean, corn, and avocado
Fri - Channa masala and naan
Sat - brunch for Mother's day
Sun - brunch for Mother's day
