rotisserie chicken
If you bring home a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket for dinner where do you keep it till you eat? Just on the counter?
I usually pick one up later or closer to dinner and leave it on the counter still packaged then have some sides. I picked this up an hour ago since I was out and it looked good. Now I still have it on the counter, but not eating till later anyway.

I would probably leave it on the counter until cool and then put it into the fridge.
