if you delay vaccines
I'm considering delaying the MMR until 2.
The others, I don't delay necessarily, but I do split them and don't give her more than two per visit.

She's getting MMR at 2. The rest are fairly spaced out anyway per my ped's schedule.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I forgot to answer my own question. Everything is spaced, but Im considering delaing MMR until 2 and I'm not sure till when to delay varicella. They will be getting flu shots around 9 months.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I only gave one shot per visit when my kids were little then I delay the MMR and the chicken pox until they were 3 - gave one at 3 and one around 3 years and 8 months. We have never given the flu vaccine.

no flu shots and delaying MMR until 3, chicken pox will likely be that same year but several months apart.
We never administered Hep B.
All other vax have been delayed by a few months, started at 4 months and generally followed the schedule, just never administered more than 2 (unless it was a combined vax) at any time.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I delayed chicken pox til she was 2. she was supposed to get that and the MMR at the same time at 1 and i didn't like that.
All her shots have been rather spread out there was only 1 time she got more than 2 and that was because she got a flu shot.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I delayed the MMR vaccine. at 2.5 the twins still have not gotten it. I planned on doing it at 3 but now that 3 is right around the corner, i am thinking of waiting until closer to 4, a few months before we move OOS. They have gotten all other vaccines, but no more than 2 at a time so they were only slighlty delayed with some. I am doing the same thing with my singleton. he just turned 1 and will bot be getting the MMR at his 1 year check up.
ETA: We normally get the flu shot for them, but I am reconsidering it this year.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I delayed the chicken pox and hepatitis B. Just because i don't see the need for them in really young children. I only got them because they were required for school.
I also only did one vaccine (shot) per visit. I spaced them out.
We have never done the flu shot

You might want to check out Dr. Sear's delayed vaccine schedule.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I delay the MMR shot. I also dont allow more than one "new" shot per visit and definitely no more than two shots in total. ( I allow a new shot and a booster never two new shots)

if you delay vaccines
i only delayed varicella - it was at the same time as MMR and i didn't feel comfortable giving the two. He did have the MMR at 15 months, then the varicella 3 months later. Other than that, my ped does not give more than 2 shots per visit so i stuck with their schedule.
ETA: DS is in daycare - i would not be comfortable delaying for longer periods or not getting the flu shot for us.

Re: if you delay vaccines
I wanted to do the MMR at 2 years but there was a measels outbreak near me, and I gave DD the shot at 18 months. Varicella was given at 12 months. HepA was delayed until 20 months.
The 15 months shots were also spaced out. We haven't done the flu shot yet.

we do not give the flu shot, and i have delayed the MMR boosters. DS is autistic but was autistic before the MMR, but with all the new documentations that the MMR causes autism i will not be giving him another round.
