If you're done having kids ...
Have you done anything permenent to prevent pregnancy? Still continuing with your normal pregnancy?
I have my annual coming up with my ob so I'm trying to research my options.

Same, it's so much easier and less invasive for men to get the big snip vs. the options for women.

I'm almost 38 and my GYN recommends I stay on the pill not only for BC but bec it prevents ovarian cancer and ahe said as I go into my 40s it will help keep bleeding regular.

I would LOVE to have my tubes tied but I really don't want to go in for any elective surgeries. I have major medical anxiety.
I thought about the Essure procedure but IMO it's too new and I have read some blogs where people had major issues with it afterwards. I feel like it's too new to know all the real long term side effects.
My DH has made it clear that pigs will fly out of his ass before he would EVER get snipped. It's not even up for discussion with him
It really stinks- I feel like there is no good birth control option. They all pretty much suck.

DH had a vasectomy when I was pregnant with #3. No problems at all and his recovery was less than a day or so.
I found his urologist on here, he thought she was great, plus she's apparently very attractive.

I'm on the pill and have no plans for anything else. I want DH to get snipped but he is terrified  plus it would be great insurance of him not having any more

Im also a chicken
but I have the Mirena IUD so no periods and been good so far.

I was planned to have my tubes tied until Sandy hit. Now I'm still on the pill. I will be getting my tubes tied in near future. DH will not get snipped

I got my tubes tied, but honestly wish I haden't. DH refused to do a vasectomy and I can't remember to take a vitamin, let alone a BC pill. Mirena wasn't an option for me.
