Just curious. Anyone else NOT have it covered? It seems like most ins cos cover it.

I have twins & didnt have covered. I did however get lucky with buying many peoples left overs on the facebook sites such as LI Nassau/suffolk buy sell group

my insurance covered 1/2 which helped, but before I found out about this, I bought a few cases from someone selling leftovers from here. i also saw a lot of people sell it on craigs list.

not covered. at the time i had UHC and Medco pharmacy and both denied me. even with letters from the dr.
I got lucky with the buy sell board on here.

I have twins who are extremely gassy- been thru 4 formulas and called to ask my insurance (Cigna) if it would be covered since we had a pediatrician appointment. Was told the only way it would be covered was if it was a metabolic issue that could be proven with bloodwork etc...

Alimentum and insurance
Travis was on Nutramigen and our ins at the time covered it. Then DH work changed ins and the new company didnt cover it at all. :(
