? Girls who work out or hit gym before work - come in
So today I went to gym before work. Did my hair and some make up and did 3 miles.
I looked like a fright after. My hair got frizzy and some of my make up dripped. Ok .. So no make up anymore I guess.. But what about my hair??
Really don't feel like going home to shower before work again
It's just my hair got all frizzy from gym humidity.
Any tips??
I'm basically speed walking on treadmill with some intervals of jogging so I'm not drenched and icky where I would require a shower.
What do you all do? How can I keep my hair nice?

I personally can't imagine it....however, when I was the director of corporate fitness centers, many women would come in during their lunch & not wash their hair.
They would pull it back/bun, then afterwards put it in a towel & wash around their hairline & then blow dry the front that got a little wet. Some used that dry shampoo to absorbe/freshen the hair (not sure of the brands)

I can't imagine going to the gym and then straight to work. And I don't think I work out all that hard either. 
It's tough, but can you go any earlier? When I go super early, I make sure it's at the ass crack of dawn then just go back home and shower and get ready for work.

I guess tomorrow I will jump in shower after. I'm not even gross - its just my hair gets weird.

ITA. If I'm getting up early, I'm not 1/2aassing the workout, in fact it's motivation to make it hard, because I could have been in bed. I'd say, get up a little earlier to give yourself enough time. I'm up now at 5am to ensure my workout, & then enough shower time to then get the kiddies up & fed, & off to school. (but I don't dry my hair)

When I was going, I would either shower at the gym and then go to work, or come back home and shower. I could never go sweaty, however, I have several colleagues that run on their lunch break! They look great when they come back, so I am not sure how they do it, with only a 40 minute lunch break!

I have to shower after and wash my hair so I get up with enough time to get in a workout and get home and shower.
My EXMIL used to run every morning and NEVER washed her hair. She was a once a week washer. She used to pull it up in a loose ponytail or bun and wear a large headband. I really don't know how she got away with it but she did.

Before I had DS I used to go in the morning before work. I'd take a shower but not wash my hair there. I'd use dry shampoo instead. You could always apply your makeup when you get to work.

I usually go home and shower. Does the gym have showers there? Could you just shower and change after your workout there?

I sometimes workout on my lunchbreak... def no time to shower.
As for my hair, i bring my little travel blowdryer & just use a round brush to smooth the front. sometimes a little baby powder or dry shampoo will help if your hair gets oily

I agree. I have to shower after. I sweat a lot and its not pretty right after a workout.
