Should I see a specialist?
I have been blessed with two healthy pregnancies. In between the birth of my two children, I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. I was then pregnant again, this past November, but I had another miscarriage at 7 weeks. I went for a D&C for the second miscarriage. My period has returned and I am starting to think about trying again. Should I go to a specialist to check out my system before trying again for a third pregnancy? My OB didn’t give me much advice. He just told me that my two miscarriages were bad luck and that there isn't anything wrong with me since I gave birth to two healthy children. I am also not getting any younger. I am 38 this year and I would love to have another child but I don’t want to go through the pain and heartache of another miscarriage.

I always say, you never regret having some extra info. Best case scenario you find out you're good to go- although another best case scenario is they find a problem and you treat it! So.. Either way there's no downside. Good luck!
