DH and I are going to Newport for a long weekend the end of April. I will be 23/24 weeks. We both don't want to take too much time off of work because we want to save as much time for when the baby comes.

Some ideas we're thinking about - would probably be late in 20 weeks or early 30 weeks...We're mainly thinking driving distance for now and maybe 4 days:
> Montreal
> Somewhere by the beach and renting a little house or staying in hotel for a few days - within 3-4 hrs

we went big lol. We did 9 days in Italy -- the Amalfi coast. I was 24-25 weeks. We had an amazing time and what I couldnt drink in wine and eat in carpaccio I made up in pasta.

Babymoon Ideas
DH and I are going to VA Beach at the end of May when I will be 34 weeks. We are staying 4 nights. I should mention we are living in Virginia right now and only about 1.5 hours from where we are going so I am not too worried about going a bit later on in the pregnancy.

we are going back to Jamaica for 6 nights in 4 weeks - Couples Swept Away. It will be my 25th week. We were there actually for honeymoon 4 yrs ago.
considering all this winter we've been having I cannot freaking wait!!!!

We did Turks and Caicos. I wanted tropical, an easy and direct flight.
I was about 26 weeks I think.

I went on a cruise when I was 17 weeks pregnant, it was a 5 day cruise to Jamaica and Grand Cayman. I was fine.

I was about 25 weeks and we went to Vermont (Burlington area). The drive was a bit too long for me at that point.
Try to plan for the early part of the second trimester- I have been restricted from traveling since about 27 weeks due to the risk of preterm labor.

Since we are going in the 3rd trimester (35 weeks) we are staying local and just doing a 4 day weekend in Montauk..

We did 2 weeks in France - one week in the dordogne and one week in Paris. I was 4 months pregnant. It worked out great, I just had to say no to the cheese and only drank a glass of wine like 3 times.
