Weekly Menu Thread - 3/24
Sunday: Rice pilaf + roasted chicken from store
Monday: Potato and veggie stew
Tuesday: Chicken noodle soup
Wednesday: Meatballs and spaghetti
Thursday: Leftover meatballs
Friday: Quesadillas or burritos, haven't decided yet

Weekly Menu Thread - 3/24
I cooked all day yesterday for my best friend and her family so that they didn't have to worry about it this week with the wake and funeral, but I made sure to leave some for us. Don't know which order we'll eat this in but this is what we have:
beef & bean chili
sauteed chicken with garlic and spinach over bowtie pasta
rigatoni bolognese
orange cashew chicken
Friday night we are eating out, so we won't have to think about another dish this week!

Tonight- roast beef on garlic bread and melted mozzarella
Tues.- rotisserie chicken, roasted asparagus, boiled buttered potatoes
Wed.- stuffed peppers or swedish meatballs & egg noodles
Thurs.- Homemade chicken noodle soup
Fri.- take out

Monday: chicken, rice, bean, and corn casserole
Tuesday: one pot baked chicken parm over kale
Wednesday: crock pot chicken, kale, and quinoa soup
Thursday: spinach linguine with peas, asparagus, and chicken sausage
Friday: homemade pizza

tonight was skinny baked bbq pork chops
Tuesday either skinny chicken tortilla soup or lemon butter chicken
Wedensday whatever i dont make Tuesday
Thursday leftovers
friday bubble up pizza
saturday and sunday we will be in ct so no cooking for me

Sun- Lemon chicken breasts, rice pilaf, sauteed asparagus and cherry tomatoes
Monday- Homemade pizza, green salad
Tues- Pasta with meatballs, italian bread, steamed broccoli
Wed- Buffalo style chicken legs, spinach salad, sweet potatoes
Thurs- leftover pasta
Fri- leftover chicken
Sat- out

Monday-Penne ala vodka
Tuesday- Taco Chicken bowls over rice
Wednesday- Homemade Beef and Broccoli over rice
Thursday- left Overs
Friday- Southwest Chicken Wraps
Saturday- I was planning to make a roast or pulled pork. But we are having friends over with their kids so we are ordering Pizza instead

We start on Fridays so I'll go from Friday-Thurs.
Friday - homemade pizza & salad
Saturday - appetizer night
Sunday - balsamic brown sugar pork (mostly in crockpot, finished in oven) with roasted brussels and rice
Monday - pasta with sausage, sundried tomatoes, spinach & mascarpone
Tuesday - pulled pork tacos, rice, picked red onion
Wednesday - homemade shake n' bake drumsticks, roasted broccoli
Thursday - spaghetti with quick meat sauce
