can you use nasal spray while breastfeeding?
I know some OTC meds you can't use. Anyone know if nasal spray is safe to use when you have a cold?

My dr said just the saline spray but every doctor is different.

It really depends on what the med is. When you take something intranasally, it gets right into the blood. So the same rules that apply for the med as far as safety in breastfeeding applies to it if you're taking it intranasally.
