shredded beef in crockpot???

i always make shredded chicken with salsa.

now i want to make shredded beef to use in various ways.

any recipes? or at least a cut recommendation??

I've done london broil and brisket both in the crock pot. They come out delicious. Chop up some onions, throw in some baby carrots and potatoes. Rub with salt and pepper. Cover with water and/or beef stock, maybe a little soy sauce. Or even cream of mushroom soup goes well too.

Bottom round roast works well, or chuck roast, but bottom round is leaner.

Try skinnytaste. She has some recipes that would probably work for you. I've tried her barbacoa beef which came out good.
