another Q for GHI ladies
Does anyone know, with the 6 IUI requirement to get approved for IVF, does it have to be in a certain time frame, for example all consecutive, within a year, etc.? Just was curious. TIA!

no time frame. The requirements from GHI for me is 3 previous IUI not 6. I don't know if they base this on age. But I did verified it with them last week.

Hi....no time frame. women under 35 - 6 IUI and women over 35 - 3 IUIs. Of course those requirements can also be waived depending on other factors.
for example; i have endometriosis stage 3 or 4. That dx along with my HSG showing blockage. I only did 1 IUI before going straight to IVF.
I work for Emblem (GHI/HIP) in a dept that assists the community in almost anything that is needed LOL...so feel free to FM me anytime!
