Boardwalk Empire series finale (spoilers)
Anyone watch? thoughts?
I really thought they ended the show well, and it was fitting that Nucky died that way.

I'm so satisfied with the ending . Very clever and never saw it coming.
Fade to black can never be done again. I'm not being prejudiced I thought it was the most brilliant ending in the history of finale 's . People still talk about it . Bravo on that gig

Everything was tied up in the end and I knew nucky would be killed and I thought it done very well

I agree, the series finale tied everything up, but the entire episode was anti-climatic until the last moments.

I guess I'm the only one that really didn't like it... I felt like Nucky just gave up at the end, and let his empire fall instead of fighting for it. I kinda wanted him to seek revenge on Lucky & Co.

I think it was a good ending. I agree, the first 50 minutes were a snoozefest. Also, I can't believe how well those 2 actors played him and Jimmy's mom so well. Mannerisms and everything!
