Boot Shopping Vent
So I went boot shopping over the weekend and two pairs that I fell in love with I couldnt zip them up all the way. I was in tears bc I never thought I had big calves....I mean Im far away from a size 0-2 lol but cant they make boots for "women"....sheesh

I notice this a LOT lately. I do not have wide calves by any means. (Thighs, yes. Calves, no way).
And a lot of boots lately just BARELY zip up. And that's on bare legs.
Forget it if I wanted to wear them over jeans.
I don't get it.
Are they making boots for pencil calves?

YES!!! On bare legs.....I tried and I tried but was terrified of getting my skin caught with the zipper LOL.
Thanks you made me feel so much better. My husband came with me and had this confused look. I asked him are my calves fat (I had my legs crossed waiting for the salesman) and he goes Well now bc theyre crossed they bigger ----WRONG ANSWER lolol

It's totally not you. Trust me. I have many wide things on me, trust me, but my calves are not one of them!!!
It's the boots!!!

It's totally not you. Trust me. I have many wide things on me, trust me, but my calves are not one of them!!!
It's the boots!!!
Same here , many wide things but Im okay with myself from the knee down LOLOLOL

I thought I was the only one with this problem. A lot of the boots I liked wouldn't zip but than I tried wide calf and they are huge. I ended up getting 2 cute pairs by a company called blowfish. They carry them at macys but I found one pair at Marshall's and it was 1/2 the price of the pair in macys.
