No phone, no internet, no tv... Verizon
Came home from work w no tv , internet , or phone. I've only had verizon since mid January. They say they are coming this morning, question, how good are they about being on time and keeping appointments ? Just fustrated! Thanks in advance!

They are very good about appointments. I even get text alerts confirming and when the tech is on the way. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Try removing the power from your head end box and plugging it back in. This is not the modem. Its the first box verizon hits inside your house. Garage or basement or wherever they installed it.
They are great at fixing. In the 5 years i've had verizon, we only needed to call in was like 5 times. Little outages here and there.

I had this happen last month. Took them 3 days to show up since mine was on a Saturday I had to wait until Tuesday morning. Once they came it was fixed within 15 mins. Make sure you call and get money off your bill. I got $50 off my next months bill.
