Eye Glass Frames
This may seem confusing- Apologize in advance.
I want a certain pair of frames for my eyeglasses. They are RayBan
The vision store that accepts my insurance does not carry this brand.
Where can I go to try on these glasses and buy them, and then have my vision store put my RX on them?
Does that make sense?

Yes because I have been wanting to do the same and unsure how to go about it.

Re: Eye Glass Frames
Check with the vision place that accepts your insurance first that they will do this. (They should.)
Then you 'll have to track down the frames. Lens Crafters carries Ray-Ban. I'm not sure if they will sell you the frames without lenses, but you could probably try them on there. (You might have to pretend that you are considering actually buying them there though.)
If they won't sell you the frames without the lenses, you may be able t to get them online from Frames Direct.

Just an FYI- ;) I just left Pearl Vision, tried on the glasses I wanted, remembered the style number, and found them online for $220 LESS than the store.
SOLD- Thanks for your help ladies!

Re: Eye Glass Frames
Sure- but contact your optical to make sure that your rx will fit into the frame. I have bifocals w/o the line and a frame that's too small/tilted would cut into space for the reading part of the lens.
