Weird Period This Month

I don't know what to make of this. Today would be 13 DPO- I'm sure of it because I tested. I was due for my period yesterday. I had some cramping yesterday but it went away quickly. Now today I woke up crampy and spotting. I'm continuing to spot throughout the day, but not bleeding like I normally would and the cramps are on and off which is unheard of for me. I usually get VERY bad cramps. So wtf? Could it have been a very early ectopic or chemical? I just know something isn't right...

ETA: I did take a Wondfo and a digital First Response test yesterday and both were negative.

I would guess no if your tests are coming back negative. it sounds like an off period. When I had my two chemicals, I had BFPs that got lighter instead of darker, and my period was a little heavier than usual. And a few days late.

Yeah- it's starting to get heavier now. I've just never had that happen on the first two days, I always have a very heavy flow to start- I mean I used only a panty liner this morning and it was still spotless at 3:00 PM. Weird. Thanks for your response though!
