Switching baby from formula to milk help
We did 75% formula, 25% milk for a week for all bottles. Then 50%, 50 for a week.. Etc.. Until we were on a full bottle of milk.

Re: Switching baby from formula to milk help
do a slower mix between formula and milk
Start out with only 1 oz of milk and however much she drinks do the rest in formula (so if she takes an 8oz bottle, it would be 1oz milk, 7oz formula) do that for a week or even 2 weeks the next week go to 2oz milk and 6oz formula
i would do all bottles though...she may realize the bottles arent the same and thats why she is not drinking them. if they are all the same it may help her get used to it and not notice the adjustment.

This exactly. I started with 1oz increments of milk. If it seemed like a day that they weren't drinking it so great, I kept it that way for another day or two before I increased it another 1oz. It took almost 2 weeks to fully switch over to milk.

I agree. It also helps their bellies adjust to it better. I was changing it up day by day and DD got so constipated. By slowing down the transition, it allowed her to adjust and eventually she was on all milk and her belly was fine.

We also did the changing one ounce at a time (about a week for each) method as others posted. Ultimately, dd never drank milk, and gave up on the bottle by 12 months. My doctor said to just be sure she's getting dairy (doesn't need to be milk), so she eats lots of cheese and yogurt.
