Updated question - Progesterone Supplements?
Does anyone take them? Do you know at what levels your Dr prescribes it?
My Dr was supposed to call last week if anything was wrong with my bloodwork, so I thought all was ok. Just reviewed the copy of results from the lab and am worried about the progesterone level. It is in the normal range (huge range) for 1st trimester, but it looks like less than some doctors like to see (from googling). Will call Dr. tomorrow, but would appreciate having some info on good levels. I see a regular OB, but maybe I should consult a high risk Dr. I had a miscarriage prior to this pregnancy.

New question - what week were your levels considered too low? Wondering if they are supposed to drop over time...mine was 12 at 6.5 weeks.
I started the suppositories yesterday after the Dr made it my choice. Worried after reading the package insert, but also scared of another miscarriage...

When I used it with ds2 my level dropped to 12 when they put me on. This time around my level was only 16 but I didn't use supps. Not the same dr both times.

Thanks. Mine was 12 too. The Dr said it's normal, but they can give me progesterone to take until 12 weeks.

My progesterone was a 1.4 and I was given suppositories. I believe the dose was 200mg

Progesterone Supplements?
I was given suppositories ... my progesterone dropped to 11. I had to do 200mg once a day in the hooha until I was about 12 weeks.

Progesterone Supplements?
Mine was 14.7 and I started spotting. I took crinone once a day until I was 14 weeks (OB said 12 but I was neurotic).

Thanks for info. I got retested this morning, but I didn't want to wait until Monday to start. I hate taking anything unnecessary, but I have a feeling I need it. I had to drive pretty far because they put me on a low dose - all the pharmacies close to me only had the higher dose.

When I used it my level dropped between my 5 week and 6.5 week appt. I started at 6w 4d. Good luck to you!
