Breakfast ideas
What does everyone eat for breakfast? I'm looking for something quick, healthy, and filling. I currently have 1 cup of Cheerios with fat free milk and a banana, but I'm looking for a change.

Breakfast ideas
Greek Yogurt with fruit
Eggs with whatever leftover veggies I have
Kashi cereal with Almond Milk
Steel Cut Oatmeal
Avocado - either with egg or veggies

My fav breakfast is 1 egg w 2egg whites, veggie (spinach, broccoli, whatever in fridge leftover from dinner) w slice of Swiss cheese.
Multigrain eng muffin with cream cheese
That breakfast is so satisfying and is just under 300 calories.
I sometimes top the eggs w homemade bruchetta.
It's heaven.
