Disney in December
Any input regarding crowds or weather? I checked crowd calendars but would like real experiences. Going the first full week of December.

Disney in December
We went one year at that time. Crowds were low - weather was on the cooler side. I think we were able to go in the outdoor pool at our resort one of the days we were there (since it was cool).

We have been to Disney twice the first week of December. Love it! Decorations are beautiful. Crowds are low. Weather is great. I overpacked both times because I brought both short and long sleeves and swim suits. It was high 70's both times we went and a bit too cold to swim. Last time we went, kids did jump in the pool but water was cold despite the pools being supposedly heated.
Wish we could go then every year but my older child is going to be in 2nd grade this year so we don't want to pull him out of school for vacations anymore. It was fine in preschool and kindergarten.

so amazing that time of year. We love going early december. low crowds. the xmas party is worth the money too!! we got to swim it was really nice out.

Disney in December
We've been to Disney several times during the first week in December. It's my favorite time to go. The weather is fabulous! But like a PP I always over pack because I bring clothes for both warm and cool weather.

We went first week in Dec last year and it was awesome! Crowds were not bad at all and the weather was perfect.

Thank you, everyone! I probably will overpack! I am taking my son out of first grade for a week, and my other son from prekindergarten. Hopefully, the school won't have an issue!

We went this past December 11/28-12/4 and the weather was great! It def varies though, one day it could be mid 80's in the afternoon and another day required light sweatshirts and/or ponchos. I packed shorts and leggings for my girls and brought t-shirts and zip up sweat shirts. The year before it had been freezing in December so I also packed knit gloves for nightime just in case ( it was a tip from
Disboards), just threw them in the bottom of the stroller. I didn't use everything I packed but I was happy to be prepared.
