Reservation Policy
•The reservation office will be open and accept reservations from Nov 1 – Nov 22, 2016.
•All reservations are e-mail ONLY on a first-come, first-served basis.
•Print out reservation form here. Scan and E-mail completed form to [email protected].
•All tickets must be paid for at the time of reservation.
•Information on how to get your train tickets will be included in your reservation email confirmation.
•Promo code to purchase discount tickets to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will be included in your order confirmation email as well.

Waiting List
•All customers that are unable to get a reservation due to the train being sold out will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which their request was received. If cancellations are received, we will contact you to inquire if you still wish to make reservation.

Pricing
•Adults: $34.25 (includes reserved train seat charge).
•Children (5-11): $1.00 (family fare policy applies). Max. 4 children per fare paying Adult.
•Children under 5 are free; however, we must be notified of their attendance to secure a seat on the train.

I think the entertainment is just on the way there. Then you go to the show (or wherever). Then your ticket is good for a non themed ride back without a reserved seat. I'm going to call tomorrow to clarify.

The 34 dollars includes a show ticket?

No it doesn't include the show ticket. Kids are $1.00, so just train ride. They will give you a discount code to use for the show. I don't think they are going to make you go to the show. You could take the train and do whatever you want when you get off. I think the appeal is that a character from the show will be on the train, and then you go to the show and see the character in the show.

This is all fun and games until the train breaks down halfway there, you're out $35 (plus the cost of the show) and you and your kids are freezing your a$$ses off at Jamaica.

Does the train really break down on weekends that often? Every time we have taken the train we have never had an issue

$35 per adult to ride the LIRR one way???


no amount of 'special guest' or holiday decorations would entice me to pay that much to ride it.
It's a cute idea, but that's a lot of money for a one way ticket on a regular old commuter train.
Unless Santa himself is serving me hot toddies.. then maybe it would be worth it!

and yes, the trains can and do break down on weekends, and there are signal problems, leaves on the track, unauthorized people on the tracks, cars on the tracks etc.. all the issues that happen on the weekdays happen on the weekends too
