need ideas for week of 8/19

Camp will be over, but my mom and dad are away. anyone sending their kids to somewhere during the week or some of those days? taking week off not an option!

Nassau County preferred.

I don't know how old your kids are, or what they are into, but I know that I have sent my son to sports camps the last week or so of summer to bridge the gap between camp and school.

I've done camps at LI Sports Complex in Freeport and a deck hockey camp at Sportime in Bethpage.

My friends are sending their son to baseball and general sports camp at Frozen Ropes in Syosset later in August.

United skates has a camp. Its only $200. They can skate but they also do crafts.
