Can I get a blowout the day BEFORE an event?
DS's communion starts at 11am on Saturday. I will be running around like a crazy person the morning of. Can I get a blowout the day BEFORE (Friday) and will it hold for the next day or am I kidding myself?

Your so lucky its at 11. My dd's communion starts at 9am!. But I think it will be fine. Just wear a shower capso it doesnt get wet when you shower.

Depends on your hair. The girl who does my hair says she blows out her boss's hair once a week and she goes all week on that blow out.
Me, if I sleep on a blow out, I look like a crazy person the next day.
But I have really fine hair that can't hold a style for shit.

I feel that my hair actually looks better the day after a blowout. But I have very thick hair and lot of it, and I prefer it when it looks a little more calmed down, if that makes sense.

It depends on your hair.
I personally could not. My hair gets kinks in it when i sleep/sweat, etc.

It depends on your hair. I would get the blowout the day before to save time. I would then use dry shampoo and have a straightening iron ready for the next day. Easy peasy.

Yes, same here. I'm so completely jealous of people who can make their hair last for several days. I'm lucky if mine looks good for one full day.

Yes, same here. I'm so completely jealous of people who can make their hair last for several days. I'm lucky if mine looks good for one full day.
Mine rarely lasts until lunch!!!

I look like I washed my hair in olive oil by the next day. I wish I had hair that I could get a few days out of a blow out.

I could but I only wash my hair every 4 days or so. I've trained my hair to go days in between washes
