home security system
Can you recommend a home security system and the cameras for the outside of the house? I would like to have both installed. I know you can get the cameras with the security system but I was wondering if there is a good camera out there that I can buy separately and have installed. Someone was rummaging in car last night. Of course, the one night I forget to lock it.

I have blink cameras. No security system. They work day or night and are motion activated. I get an alert when they are set off. I got them from HSN. I wanted something that was not hardwired. You can download clips and they keep them for 14 days. There is no additional fee.

I have the Ring doorbell and love it. If we get another camera, I'd probably stick to the Ring.
We have a house alarm, but no cameras.

We have Arlo cameras. They are awesome and wireless. You can point them in any direction you choose. I get notifications on my phone when movement is detected.
