Critique my SuperBowl menu
Taco Bar including:
ground beef
grilled chicken
sliced steak
yellow rice
black beans
queso
guacamole
salsa
lettuce/tomato/red onion/olives
homemade stromboli
pizza rolls
pigs in a blanket
buffalo wings
spinach dip
veggie platter

Sour cream and cheese for the taco bar. I can’t eat a taco without sour cream.

Sounds delish!!!
Just a suggestion, shredded pork tacos are DIVINE and I find it's easier to cook the meat and have it come out perfect and tender as opposed to sliced steak. You can just toss a Boston Butt (which btw is SO cheap) into your Crock-Pot, add some seasonings and in a few hours it's absolutely perfect and fork tender. Not only does it make great tacos but it's SOOOOO good on top of nachos too!

Agree about shredded cheese and sour cream. You could make a quick pickle red onion too. Maybe Mexican street corn salad or dip. Just throwing out ideas but what you have planned sounds great!

Oh yes ladies! Thanks forgot to put it all there. I will also have salsa verde, cheese, queso, sour cream, olives, red onion and jalapenos! Love the idea of pickling some red onion! Also love the idea of shredded pork.

Also love the idea of shredded pork but I already ordered a half tray of chicken & half tray or steak from the local Mexican place. I'll make the ground been myself.
