My DOH Early intervention application was denied!!!

My DOH Early intervention application was denied!!!
Someone please help me...
They said I needed 2 years of experience with infant/toddlers, but I thought I indicated that in my application - they have a name and number in the letter - if I call and discuss it with them, do you think they'll let me re-apply? Has this happened to anyone else?

I would call the DOH and ask why your application was denied if you clearly indicated you worked with that population. I don't know about it being denied, but I lost my first letter and I called them and they were very nice about sending me another letter and changing my name :)

i would call some dummy probably denied it......i forgot to add something to my application when i applied and they sent it back

I actually just received my DOH approval letter today BUT the returned it to me and I had to provide a bunch more information before they would approve me.
When it was sent back to me they sent it with a checklist of things that was either missing or they wanted more information before they approved me.
Did they send any sort of check list or reasoning of why you were denied?
Also when they initially returned it there was a contact number with a name just in case I had questions ect.....did they send you a contact number? If you would like the number I have just let me know.
I would definitely call and talk to someone and then just resubmit with additional information----when I sent mine back I included a ton of continuing ed courses and other certificates that they didn't specifically ask for but I felt helped or was important for approval purposes.
