Prednisone puffiness
I just finished a cycle of prednisone and my face looks awful-how do I get rid of it?

DH was on it for a long time, and unfortunately, puffiness is a side effect.
He didn't take anything for it; as he was slowly weaned off of it, the puffiness went away.

I"m sure it couldn't hurt.
DH drinks water all the time, but to be honest, I never paid that close attention to see if drinking water alleviated the puffiness.
Bad wife.....
