Dental issues and eating
My SD just got a palette extender. It's basically like a permanent retainer.
They said no hard foods. However, she's also having trouble with certain mushy foods like chicken nuggets.
If your children have some kind of dental mechanism - braces, retainer, etc. - what foods have you had success with? She's a very picky eater under normal circumstances. DH is mainly worried about lunches because they need to be cold, plus the lack of flexibility and options in the middle of the school day.
