I am having my family over for St Patricks Day. Not everyone likes corned beef and cabbage. What else can i make with it?

Shepards pie....its ground beef potatoes and veggies...the potatoes is the crust of the pie

Definitely Shepherd's Pie. Onion quiche, potato soup or a mashed potato bar, potato skins or potatoes stuffed with sour cream and chives. Hmmm.... there's definitely a theme here.
