starting to panic for tough mudder !

i have been training for a half marathon that is on march 23. tough mudder is june 1. i have ZERO upper body strength! I think I am going to start cross fit but I'm scared that I don't have enough time to see results!!

If you go on tough mudders website I remember seeing a section that tells you what you should be capable of doing for each workouts for each section to help you build strength.

I think if you do start strength training now you will definitely see results.

i've never done tough mudder but i think you have plenty of time to build up upper body strength..i started doing jillian michael's 90 day revolution 3 wks ago and am amazed at what a 1/2 hr a day or really 4-5 days a week has done for my upper body strength.
start soon and be consistent and you'll be fine, also you don't have to go crazy to build up your upper body strength.
