Gluten free and dairy free homemade cakes
I want to make a gluten and dairy free cake for a friend of mine at work. I think I heard king Arthur's has a good box mix. Where can I buy that? Does stop and shop sell it? And to keep dairy free, what ingredients do I need to substitute? Also what frosting can I buy? Sorry for all the questions I'm clueless! TIA!

I use the cherry book kitchens mix and frosting. Dairy free means no milk, butter but you can substitute soy or almond milk and for butter use fleishmann unsalted sticks. Stop and shop should have this in the organic aisle.
