Cold Brunch ideas?
Anyone? I am having an office party and want to bring something that can be eaten at room temp or can be heated in the microwave (and not be mushy/soggy gross).
Any suggestions?

Cold Brunch ideas?
Yogurt parfaits in the clear plastic cups...look great and taste even better. Drizzle with honey.

I would go with quiche. You can warm the whole thing in the microwave or let people heat up slices as they eat.

i would say do some sort of pasta salad. so many options and choices.
or: quiche muffins cookies
all of those could be made savory instead of sweet

This - I feel like it's always a go-to brunch item for me because it's easy, can be made ahead of time, can be served at room temp. You can also customize it -- do one veggie (like spinach/artichoke or broccoli/cheddar) and one with meat (I like bacon and swiss).

Re: Cold Brunch ideas?
Quiche is a great idea!
I also love deviled eggs, not sure if they're considered brunch food but I can eat them any time of day!
Someone on here posted a sausage bread that sounded really good, maybe something like that?

Bagels and different spreads like veggie cream cheese, lox, or cold cuts if someone wanted lunch
