cd 10, have to go back for monitoring sunday. looks like it's gonna be a mid to late week iui and i will have to figure out how to get out of work ! :-P
What have other non-trigger-ers experienced as far as the # of visits and timing?

Re: iui monitoring
I only had 2 IUIs that were Un triggered. I felt like there were a couple extra Visits. Plus I was OBSESSED with taking opks and scared to miss my surge.
With a natural surge, I would use opk 3x a day to catch it. Morning, mid noon and b4 bed
To save money, use cheapie wondfo opks until it's looking like you're nearing surge and then switch to smiley (that's if u use smileys)

the Dr said they would do all the monitoring... we havent tried any OPKs or thought about them. should we?
this is crazy # of trips we had to go on day 3 which apparently is not normal for natural cycle but the Dr prefers it...

If the doctor wants to do all the monitoring I would think that you would most likely have to go in everyday so they don't miss your surge.

This
With my natural surge IUI's, my dr had me checking with OPKs starting a certain day and then when I got it, I had to call and they scheduled my IUI 36 hours later

iui monitoring
i guess i have to wait until they tell me what to do Sunday afternoon.
but we asked the Dr in the original consult and he said we wouldnt need to test.
I'd rather pay for OPKs than our damn copay tho!

Re: iui monitoring
If you are not triggering and not using OPK , you would be going back every day for them to test your LH. Maybe something got lost in communication? I would def get a pack of OPKs and start testing asap so you don't miss your surge. With my IUI's I had to test every day at a certain time and when I got my +, my IUI would be schedule a day or two later.
