thank you everyone- this why I love these boards so much. you are all so helpful and encouraging :) My doctor said we can try right away, and there's no reason to wait.
I have heard about alot of people who get pregnant two weeks after missing, because apparently you are more fertile immediately after, so fingers crossed that it happens to us! If not, we will just have fun trying again

So sorry this happened to you. You should definitely try again soon. I waited a month and got pregnant again with a healthy baby. I am due any day (actually late). It's scary but there is a reason it didn 't work out. Good luck

It was a miscarriage :( the dr said it was pretty normal and everything looks clear in there now, so he said we can try again in a month or so- just going to keep my spirits up, since there was nothing we could do about it... Hopefully I get pregnant again soon!
Same thing happened to me around the same time (6 weeks), had a chemical 2 months later and then started seeing an acupuncturist. Over the course of 4 months she did a lot of work with me and we changed up some of my prenatals after I had some bloodwork with my primary. My son is 4 months old next Saturday. You'll be back here in no time. Try to keep your head up, but allow yourself to feel any grief you have!
