Continental and FHA
If you did an FHA loan with Continental recently and feel comfortable sharing what rate did you get?

Continental and FHA
I did not get an FHA from them but I believe the FHA rates were a little shy of 1% less than conventional....I think about 3.5%. We got 4.3% conventional. This was over the summer.
