Opk timing?
It might depend on the specific test.

Re: Opk timing?
I think the CBE fertility monitor asked for FMU. But all the regular dip tests I have ever used asked for testing between 10 AM - 2 PM.

Re: Opk timing?
Ok so my questions are this (the instructions say something TOTALLY different than everything I've read online)
1) what time of day is best to test? (I've read mostly 2pm, but the box says morning!)
2) what day should I START testing? (I've read that for a 24-25 day cycle I shouldn't start until CD 7 or 8, but the box says the DAY after my period ends)
Please help. I feel so stupid.
