How about some suggestions for 1,2 & 3 point "supermarket" snacks? I bought yogurts for 2 points, but I'd love to know which items you girls go to for some snacking (not fruits veggies - like, things I can leave in my work desk)
For things you can leave in your desk, I do almonds, pretzels, and 90 calorie fiber one bars.

I like the 100 calorie wholly guacamole packs... 3 pts, but good dip for veggies.
Baked tostitos and salsa.
Baby bell lite cheese
100 calorie almond packs
Turkey cold cuts rolled around a low cal cheese stick or a slice of 45 calorie Sargento thin sliced cheese or a cucumber spear, etc.
You can make a half sandwich with low cal bread and a little almond or peanut butter, or turkey. I like 80 calorie pepperidge farm cinnamon swirl bread with a tsp of almond butter. 3 pts
I used to keep packets of plain instant oatmeal in my desk to make with water as an afternoon snack... You can bring packs of unsweetened applesauce, too, to mix with it.
I try to stay away from a lot of processed snacks like bars and cookies because thry tend to not fill me up when I'm hungry. I do sometimes have them for a low point dessert at night with tea, if I'm not really hungry, but need/want something sweet.
