28 weeks and already I can't sleep!
On and off throughout the pregnancy I've had nights where I couldn't sleep but tonight tops them all and I'm starting to worry this is the start of bad nights to come. I'm very uncomfortable trying to fall asleep and staying asleep is almost impossible. I've had a pretty normal pregnancy so I don't like to complain but this sucks! Besides the big belly getting in the way I keep burping and I feel almost a knot like feeling in my chest area. Is this indigestion? Would some Tums maybe help me?

In a week behind you, and I've been miserable the past fee weeks! Baby is up moving like crazy all night long, and I can't sleep. Then I'm tired all day long
For indigestion, eating a banana helps me. Tums helps but just for a few minutes.

I love feeling the baby but I agree, makes it hard to sleep! I'm gonna try adding banana to my diet more often. This is so painful and I need sleep!

35w and I haven't slept in weeks. I think I'm past the point of exhaustion and slept 3 straight hours last night. That was impressive.

I'm going to grab that pillow. I keep saying I'm gonna get it and I haven't but I think I need it now. Definitely worse when I lay flat so hopefully it'll help.

This is what I'm afraid of, I'm giving myself anxiety just thinking about it!

that pillow is the best. Just some advice buy the real snoogle. I had the real one for my other 2 then this time i bought the BRU and it's different. I def like the real one better but this pillow does help a lot. I takes a few days to get used to and how to turn with it and fix it through the night but so worth it.

I swear by my pregnancy pillow as well. I have a lechno back and belly one from amazon. I change sides so many times so I didn't understand the snoogle since it looks like you'd have to switch it with you. I've never had more tums than I do now and especially at night time. That knot in your chest I think I have the same thing and if I yawn or take a deep breath it pops and hurts. I asked my doctor about it but she had no clue.

I always drink milk right before bed, if I don't I get heartburn and can't sleep. I also sleep with a pillow between my legs and under my belly. I like the down pillows for that because they aren't too fluffy. I have a snoogle, and it's just too much pillow.

Getting the pillow might help. My dd recently got in her toddler bed and is out of mine finally. So I didn't want to invest in one this late in the game.

I had a banana about 2 hours before bed, I actually slept and haven't been burping. Might have done the trick!

Oh good! I hope this works for you, that feeling makes it impossible to get comfortable. I've also avoided leg cramps with that banana every night. I'm more afraid of those than labor
