golden milk - has anyone tried

has anyone tried making golden milk?
if so, did you notice any changes/difference?

it's supposed to be the magic bullet for all things inflammation related. and it's supposed to be amazing for sleep.

yay, nay??

yes, the whole drink is just a vessel to carry the turmeric into the body in a yummy fashion.

i've been drinking it for a few days, now.
i was wondering if others are drinking it and having positive experiences with it.

even if the results are a net neutral... it is yummy and i love me a nice warm drink in the evenings. AND i love warm spices. so it might stay as a staple in my evening routine.

It's supposed to be good for inflammation, I read that it helps migraines when taken with fish oil, so I was taking it for a bit. I think also hormonal stuff and PMS, etc
I don't think you will see any real huge differences per se but I feel like it's one of those things that is good for your insides, so it can't hurt, even if you don't "see" any results.

completely agree.
was just wondering if anyone saw benefits of this particular combination.

again, i am really enjoying the drink. i'm making it with heavy whipping cream and coconut milk and i can see myself having this or a decaf chai-type tea most nights.

i'll look further into the hormonal stuff, since my hormones are all over the place since last november... ah, the joys of being 47.

Never heard of it, but I do drink a cup of hot water, lemon and turmeric first thing every morning. Ive been drinking hot water and lemon for decades but when covid started I added the turmeric.

Re: golden milk - has anyone tried

I haven't had golden milk, but I started taking turmeric and ginger pills daily a few months ago. I was feeling so cramped from sitting all day working from home...since I typically stand and walk at work for a large portion of the day. I've definitely noticed a difference since I started taking them.
